Many advisory firms are great at determining the “right answer” for their clients, but for most companies, the challenge lies in actual implementation. In order to ensure proper execution of any marketing initiative, a business needs to design and instill well thought-out processes in the company.
- In process design we focus on the following key areas:
- External sales policy design (payment terms, freight terms, other customer service policies)
- Internal sales and marketing policies and procedures
- Metrics definition to track policy implementation
In as many instances as possible, we attempt to roll-out pilot implementations of recommendations to ensure that our work is truly actionable within the unique context of each client’s business.
